Centram App runs Centram Core on macOS, Windows, Linux and mobile. It shares the memory, permission, audit and model-execution contracts with Centram OS, and it does not rebuild your machine to get them. You can start here without being ready to replace an operating system.
It is a separate product from Centram OS, not an accessory to it.

Two products, one Core
One Core, and two places to draw the line.
Neither one is a part of the other. Only where they run is different — and where a boundary sits is what decides how strong a guarantee it can make.

What you are choosing
A different boundary is a different strength of promise.
The App has to trust the host operating system; the OS does not. Neither answer is the upgrade.
What the App can promise
- Memory, prompts and model execution stay on the device.
- Every capability a module uses is granted, scoped and logged.
- Nothing has to be sent anywhere for the thing to work at all.
Within what the host OS enforces.
What it cannot
- It cannot promise anything the host kernel can go around.
- It cannot vouch for another process on the same machine.
- It cannot make the boot path trustworthy. That is the OS's job.
This is the reason the OS exists.
